How to get to the heart of the Paraná Delta in search of the Argentina dorado fish?
One of the Golden Dorado River Cruiser’s advantages is its accessibility. Despite offering a deeply immersive experience in Argentina’s natural beauty, its location is not that far from the international tourist circuit.
The trip generally begins in Buenos Aires, where a private ground transfer will pick you up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning. From there, it’s approximately a 3.5-hour drive to Fighiera, Santa Fe, a small river town on the banks of the Paraná River.
Once in Fighiera, a speedboat takes you to the main vessel. This last part of the journey is as scenic as it is exciting, crossing canals and branches of the delta until you reach the cruiser, already anchored and waiting, ready for the day’s journey.
The logistics are perfectly coordinated: transfers are included, schedules are well coordinated, and no additional flights are required. And when your experience ends, after breakfast, you’ll be back in Buenos Aires by noon.
